Presently, the payment methods we accept for online orders are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, EnRoute, JCB and Visa Debit Cards.

2. How will I know whether or not my order has been approved for credit and shipped?

Most orders are approved for credit; once approved you will receive an email notification that your order has been received and in process. When shipped you will receive a second notification with tracking information. If there are any problems with your order that we need your help to resolve, we will contact you by phone. If we can't reach you right away, we will contact you by e-mail.

Any alterations, misuse, abuse, or accidental damage voids this warranty. EZee Life™ reserves the right to replace or repair any part that has become defective.

The warranty does not extend to consequential costs resulting from the fault or defect of the product: freight and travel costs, loss of earnings, or other expenses that one may incur.

Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and the original receipt must be presented before any warranty options are considered. Please also be prepared to provide the date of purchase and serial number.

7. Product Back Orders:

We strive to have 100% of the items in the online catalogue available to you. We will let you know as quickly as possible if there are any items out of stock by email or contact you directly.

A back ordered product is one that is not currently in stock, which we expect to have available within six weeks.

When you purchase a product on back order, we will ship the item within 2-6 weeks and notify you by email when your order has been shipped.

If you order a combination of in-stock and back ordered products, we inform you of the items that are on back order. You then have the option to split ship your order or wait for all products to arrive prior to shipment. The back ordered items are shipped within 2-6 weeks at no additional shipping cost. We send you an email notification when we ship the remainder of your order.

To cancel a back ordered product, simply email info@ezee-fold.com with "Cancel Back Order" in the subject line. Please include all of your contact information with specific instructions in the body of your email. Also, you must email us your order number. This number can be found in your confirmation email from us or in the packing slip that came with your first shipment of in-stock items. Alternatively, you can also find this order number on the EZee Fold website by clicking My Account and logging in to your order history.

Please note: If we must cancel your back order because products become unavailable, we will notify you by phone or email.

8. Taxes:

Almost all of the products we sell are zero rated for sales tax, but for the few products that are taxable we charge sales tax on orders based on the destination of the order, in accordance with Federal and Provincial tax laws. Taxes are calculated based on where products are shipped to, not where they are ordered from. Customers requesting products be shipped to the United States are not subject to Canadian taxes.

9. Accuracy of Prices:

All prices are subject to change without notice. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the prices posted on FDM's web site. In case of an error we reserve the right to change the pricing. FDM will notify the purchaser of any price changes due to errors prior to processing your transactions.

As to products featured on this website, please note that we make every effort to display as accurately as possible the products that appear on this website. However, the colours and details that you see on your computer monitor will vary depending on your equipment, so we cannot guarantee that your equipment will exactly match the colours on the website.

10. Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with a product you bought (special order items not included) online at EZee Fold, for whatever reason, return it within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please note: Any return needs to have original packaging.

When returning or exchanging product, original-shipping fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We cannot accept COD deliveries. We highly recommend you insure your return shipment.

To RETURN your product for refund:

  • Be sure to check the date on your receipt. Refunds are granted within 7 days of you receiving your order from EZee Fold.
  • Ensure that the product being returned is in its original packaging (along with manuals or accessories) and in perfect condition.
  • Include a copy of your receipt with the item you are returning.
  • Provided a reason on the back of the receipt. Simply write a brief explanation as to why you are returning the item.

Note:  A restocking fee may be applicable upon inspection of the returned item and the circumstances of the return. You will be notified after inspection of any restocking of courier fees applicable.

 We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a full refund (minus shipping fees) in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days after we receive your return.

11. Exchange Policy:

If you are not satisfied with a product you bought online at EZee Fold or it is unsuitable, for whatever reason, it is possible to exchange it.

Simply follow these steps:

  • Return undesired product following the Return steps above.
  • You will be issued a refund of the difference on price once you have chosen a replacement product and we have received and inspected your returned product.
  • In the case your replacement product is of higher cost we will arrange with you directly for additional payment to cover the added costs.

12. Damaged Goods:

If there is apparent damage to the packaging on receipt bring the damage to the attention of the courier driver and notify us as soon as possible for direction.

If your order arrived damaged with no apparent damage to the packaging, please contact us immediately. If the error is ours, you will not be charged for additional shipping costs. We will then re-send your new order at no cost to you.
